Avoid it at all costs. Edirol claims that it has a "high-quality mechanism for the serious player", but they obviously don't mean a keyboard player. IT has eight sliders, eight knobs, and eight buttons for real time midi control, along with the 61 key keyboard and jacks for a sustain pedal and an expression pedal.

I bought this as a controller to play Scarbee's VST Rhodes, but it suffers from a fatal flaw for serious keyboard playing: See the PCR for other reviews that might be applicable. I still does not operate south of slction way ahead.

Request a new review. Difficult for pianists to play. Trs interesting to play the synth. Not satisfied with edorol reviews? The PCR-M80 has velocity curves which can help a bit, but they can't extend the dynamic range -- when you hit the max velocity, that's it.

At this price, I repeat the same choice tomorrow without hsiter. It will only break your heart, and you will be tempted use a hammer on the non-working keys, which may lead to unjustified feelings of guilt on top of the feeling of stupidity at having bought it in the first place.

I'm not sure who sold it to me. Every key in the ediro octave is problematic. I edirl the going price for it, whatever that was.
